All orders are processed once full payment is received. We accept payments via Card or EFT. Custom orders may require a deposit.

Please double-check your address and contact details before confirming an order—we are not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our jewelry, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, including photos and your order number, and we will assist you.
